TOS: All PDFs are digital. This means you will not receive a physical product. Instead, you will receive an instant digital download that you can print at home. Also, because the physical planners are published on-demand via Lulu, I do not stock the planners.

Therefore I cannot accept returns. Lulu also has a no-return policy.

Although I cannot refund purchases after you have been given access to them, I will do what I can to be sure you are a pleased customer. You’ll find free samples of the planners and handwriting pages in the subscriber-only resource library.
